Join KONE as a Sales Engineer
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for New Equipment Business to be based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. KONE is dedicated to creating a great workplace culture and is committed to fostering collaboration, diversity, growth, and well-being across our teams.
What you'll do:
  • Proactively develop and maintain customer relationships in your area of responsibility.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints with the KONE team.
  • Document and maintain customer and contact information.
  • Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
  • Identify customer needs and align them with KONE’s solutions.
  • Responsible for pricing using approved tendering tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM of opportunities, tasks, and visits.
Are you the one?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in the Saudi market.
  • Experience in the elevators & escalators industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong customer focus and proven sales record.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
