Role Overview:
The Receptionist Sales position is a vital role within our Medina office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle clerical duties to ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Create a welcoming environment for clients and guests.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and professional receptionist duties.
  • Basic clerical skills including organization, scheduling, and administrative support.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in reception or customer service is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; additional customer service certifications are a plus.
