Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for the New Equipment Business based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will proactively manage customer relationships, handle opportunities from both existing and new customers, and close deals that align with customer needs and maximize KONE’s order book and profitability.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for the New Equipment Business based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will proactively manage customer relationships, handle opportunities from both existing and new customers, and close deals that align with customer needs and maximize KONE’s order book and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships within your area of responsibility.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints in collaboration with the KONE team.
- Document and maintain customer and contact information.
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable KONE solutions.
- Handle pricing using approved tendering tools and ensure contract details align with negotiations.
- Keep track of opportunities, tasks, and visits, maintaining an updated CRM.
Are You the One?
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in the Saudi Market.
- Experience in the elevators and escalators industry.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- A passion for sales with a track record of success and a customer-oriented approach.
- CRM experience is preferred.
