Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Create and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Contribute to product development and pricing strategies based on market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Saudi National with a preferred background in the Holy Cities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Advanced negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and culture.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
