We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Novotel Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively for Saudi nationals, preferably with a background in the Holy Cities region. In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Madinah and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
  • Stay updated on market trends and customer needs in the region.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Saudi national only.
  • Proven sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Madinah.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian business culture.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Precast / Hollow Core / Precast Wall sales in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong technical understanding of precast systems, structural drawings, and construction methods.
  • Proven negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Valid driving license.
