As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to generate future business for the hotel. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify and generate new business leads.
  • Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to increase market share in all revenue streams.
  • Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Implement creative local marketing strategies, including social media.
  • Prepare contracts in accordance with business strategies and pricing conditions.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences and develop strong sales programs.
  • Attend sales events as required and provide accurate reports to management.
  • Promptly attend to customer inquiries.
