Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan for the company's accounts on various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat).
•Design and write engaging posts (images, videos, texts) in line with the brand identity.
•Manage sponsored advertising campaigns and monitor and analyze their results.
•Interact and respond to customer inquiries and comments quickly and professionally.
•Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in social media and apply the relevant ones.
•Prepare periodic reports that clarify performance indicators (such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, resulting sales).
