About the Role:
As a Senior Administration Officer at Match, you will be responsible for overseeing office and facility management operations, ensuring that all administrative services support the smooth functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office and facility operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
  • Handle and review electricity bills and coordinate with service providers.
  • Manage medical insurance administration, including enrollments, claims, and renewals.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure office maintenance, contracts, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support management with administrative reports and coordination.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in administration or facility management.
  • Proven experience with utilities (electricity bills) and medical insurance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
