As a Cluster Head Baker at Hilton Hotels, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across multiple properties. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your baking prowess while supervising a committed team devoted to food excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bakery operations ensuring high-quality preparation that meets Hilton standards.
- Prepare and present a variety of delicious bakery items for different hotel outlets.
- Lead and mentor bakery staff, promoting a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor food costs and strive to enhance profitability and efficiency in bakery operations.
- Collaborate with Head Chefs/Sous Chefs to train bakery teams according to company procedures.
- Address guest queries effectively to ensure satisfaction and positive experiences.

What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior bakery position (Head Baker, Chef de Partie, etc.) within high-volume operations.
- Relevant trade qualification in commercial cookery.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire bakery teams.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent certification along with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Job Summary:
You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial records, preparing accurate monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Saudi regulatory requirements, and managing audit and tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, including posting accruals and adjusting journal entries.

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and local tax law.
