Join the Hilton team as a Cluster Head Baker!

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to supervise bakery operations across multiple properties, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise bakery staff and operations across the assigned hotels.
  • Maintain high quality and consistency in all bakery items.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Assist in food cost controls and achieve positive financial outcomes.
  • Train and mentor bakery teams under the guidance of Head Chefs/Sous Chefs.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Head Baker or in a senior bakery role.
  • Valid trade or commercial cookery qualification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
