As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding customers' business issues and processes, defining and documenting customer needs, and providing functional requirements and expertise for translating these needs into SITA solutions across different portfolios.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Be the primary interface for salespersons to support customers’ engagements on technical & commercial matters.
• Analyze and document customer requirements and business process.
• Work with customers to understand their business models and develop sound technical solutions to meet their requirements.
• Provide comprehensive information on SITA products through meetings and workshops.
• Build business cases to ensure SITA’s profitability.
• Perform basic data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers for effective project implementation.
• Support strategic initiatives with the marketing and innovation teams.

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:

• Native Arabic Speaker & fluent in English.
• 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Aviation Industry Experience.
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Job Description:

Your goal will be to expand Blumen's client base, achieve sales targets, and represent the brand in the best light.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily visits to new clients (both corporate and individual) to introduce services and products.
• Follow up on existing orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in selecting products and provide customized floral solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and agreed-upon KPIs.
• Understand customer needs and preferences and communicate feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order deliveries and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.
• Must have a personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse clients.
• Good organizational skills to manage orders and follow-ups.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment (field/retail).
• Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
• Knowledge of floral products and gifting trends is a plus.
• Flexibility to work on-site in Jeddah with a clear customer service orientation.
• A valid driving license is preferred with the readiness to visit clients daily (as per the operational system).

We are Adada & Kabbani, established in 1958, a leader in the kitchen and joinery industry in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer with specialized experience in woodwork machinery.

Location: Mekkah, KSA

Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and overall reliability of our woodwork machinery, including CNC Holzher, Weining, and Biesse machines. Your expertise will ensure minimal downtime and maximum equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Engineering:
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs for woodwork CNC machines.
  • Maintain and service air compressors and ensure efficient operation.
  • Execute and optimize maintenance plans while monitoring KPIs.
• Technical Support:
  • Guide junior technicians and support shift teams during breakdowns.
  • Participate in training sessions for CNC systems and maintenance practices.
• Coordination:
  • Communicate effectively with production teams to improve machine performance.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities and failure analyses for management.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead root cause analysis and recommend reliability improvements.
  • Stay updated with modern maintenance technologies.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience with woodwork and metalwork machinery.
• Strong hands-on expertise with CNC Holzher, Weining, and Biesse machines.
• Excellent electrical and mechanical maintenance skills.
