Join Air Products as an SAP SF Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP SF Business Analyst to further strengthen our team. This role is vital in managing our SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central (ECP) and Payroll processes.
  • Configure EC data models, workflows, and business rules.
  • Collaborate in global support environments and engage with member firms during project calls.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills while developing business documents.
  • Perform data transformations to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a medium to large firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Certified SF ECP Consultant is preferred.

Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
