Join Our High-Performance Team as a Business Development Manager
At Kanz, we pride ourselves on being a high-performance team that leverages extensive data analysis and market research to ensure robust commercial results. Our mission at Qlub is to drive demand for payments facilitated through NFC Tap and QR code scanning while increasing adoption within restaurants for ultra-fast payment solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your existing network of table-service restaurants and strong sales skills to generate and close new leads.
  • Expand our user base by onboarding new restaurant partners to the platform.
  • Proactively source leads through various channels, identify key decision-makers, schedule meetings, and manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to operational launch.
  • Build and nurture relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff.
  • Analyze lead generation and sales performance data to refine our processes and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new partners.
  • Manage closed accounts by driving platform adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting new features.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant business degree.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Understanding of the payment terminals business; experience in sales for payment terminals is a plus.
  • Strong network of decision-makers in the F&B and hospitality sectors.
  • Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a self-motivated, result-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive sales impact and results.
