Join WAFY as a Business Development Manager!
WAFY is on the lookout for a results-driven Business Development Manager who will lead enterprise software sales and expand our market presence. This position is pivotal to building strong relationships across both the private and public sectors, focusing on our FAM, Maintenance, Inventory, and Marketplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive new business revenue by identifying and closing enterprise software deals across targeted industries in KSA. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure while achieving sales targets.
  • Market Development & Client Relationships: Use an established network to generate business opportunities and build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Proposal Development & Commercial Negotiation: Lead the preparation of tailored client sales proposals and conduct structured commercial negotiations.
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain a detailed sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide updates to sales leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the Saudi market.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and procurement processes.
