Job Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure high service standards.
- Manage guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Facilitate daily briefings and departmental meetings.
- Communicate priorities effectively to Room Attendants.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies and safety regulations.
- Conduct necessary maintenance reports and additional assigned duties.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (verbal & written).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment.
- Proven training abilities and experience with hotel property management systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in stressful situations with attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:
- Regular standing and walking.
- Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to kneel, push, pull, and manage stairs and ramps.
