Join Rotana Hotels as a Housekeeping Supervisor!
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused housekeeping professionals who take pride in delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and provide effective solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants to achieve operational objectives.
  • Prepare job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants.
  • Issue keys and supplies to staff.
  • Take note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, and special requests from guests, and take appropriate action.
  • Inspect cleaned areas and ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained.
  • Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants and report performance to management.
  • Assist with inventory and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.

Skills & Experience Required:
You should have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality, with prior supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping department being a strong advantage. Good command of English communication skills, along with interpersonal and problem solving abilities, are essential. Familiarity with computer systems, particularly Opera, is beneficial.

About the Role:
A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives.
