Join Our Team as a Senior Cost Control Engineer!

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cost Control Engineer to manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and analyze cost variances to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project budgets in coordination with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project expenditures and conduct regular cost analysis.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare financial reports for senior management.
  • Identify cost-related risks and opportunities.
  • Establish and enforce cost control policies.
  • Coordinate with project teams to align cost control activities.
  • Implement cost tracking systems for accurate financial reporting.
  • Mentor junior staff to enhance team effectiveness.

Experience & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management and estimating processes.
  • Proficiency with cost estimating software (CCS preferred).
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Office.
  • Minimum 8 years professional experience with at least 5 years in cost control.
  • GCC experience is advantageous.

  • Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
