Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
  • Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the Butler office to ensure service standards are met.
  • Manage departmental inventory control, including purchase orders and invoice coding.
  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks for owners, guests, and colleagues.
  • Offer administrative support to all Butler department areas.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and log necessary notifications to appropriate departments.
  • Work with the Maintenance department to facilitate repairs as needed.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and colleague requirements.
  • Adhere to department policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies diligently.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English (verbal & written).
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred.
  • Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
  • Able to evaluate and select between alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to thrive in high-stress and fast-paced environments.
  • Effectiveness in problem solving with attention to detail.

  • Monitor supplier performance and manage contractual relationships.
