Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Butler Services.
  • Manage the shift and ensure Butler services meet established standards.
  • Assist in coaching and developing butlers for competency and succession.
  • Be familiar with the setup and functionality of equipment in the Suites.
  • Attend to service requests in suites, including food and beverage service.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service and communicate information effectively.
  • Prepare and compile reports as required.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring follow-up.
  • Maintain an accurate database of guest preferences and history.

Qualifications:
  • Previous leadership experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
  • A University/College degree in a related discipline is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Calm and courteous, focused on guest needs at all times.
