Responsibilities:
  • Input and update data in the database with precision and speed.
  • Verify accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections.
  • Ensure data integrity and security at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Adhere to data entry standards and procedures.
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
  • Communicate efficiently and control the process of complaint resolution between the company and other parties.

Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Basic communication skills may be necessary, especially for clarifying information with team members or clients.
