About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Area Saudi Arabia is an experienced and organized professional who plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the office. This position involves managing the daily workflow of the Managing Director, demonstrating a great attitude and a proactive approach in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Manage the MD's calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely communication.
  • Prepare necessary reports, presentations, and materials for meetings and trips.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transport.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Assist with office administration tasks such as managing deliveries and welcoming visitors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, or 3+ years in a commercial role in Shipping or Logistics.
  • Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
