Cooper Pharma, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is expanding its operations in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Operation Supervisor to ensure that all our manufacturing processes comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee batch record management and shop-floor compliance.
  • Lead investigations into deviations and perform root cause analysis.
  • Ensure audit readiness across GMP operations and coordinate inspection activities.
  • Conduct GMP training sessions to maintain quality awareness among staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
  • More than 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a Pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience in a Multinational Company is a plus.
  • Experience in production with solid dosage forms is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
