In this role, you will oversee shift management in our fulfillment centers and delivery stations, playing a crucial role in ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
  • Manage and train associates to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Ensure fulfillment of customer orders in accordance with quality and safety guidelines.
  • Provide critical shift-related information to management and adjust labor allocation as necessary.
  • Engage with support functions to address performance issues and needs.
  • Utilize data analysis to solve logistics and supply chain challenges.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing medium to large teams.
  • Experience in data analysis and decision-making based on analysis.
