Job Description: Sanabel Al-Jouf Company for General Contracting is looking for an exceptional Executive Secretary to join its team. This role requires organizing appointments, preparing memos, conducting correspondence, attending meetings, and drafting minutes, in addition to preparing and presenting work reports.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Organizing the manager/president's appointments and reminding him of them.
  • Handling inquiries, responding to them, and delivering mail and correspondence to the manager/president.
  • Preparing periodic memos related to work.
  • Attending meetings, recording meeting minutes, and editing them.
  • Keeping documents and files related to the work of the manager/president.
  • Preparing and presenting work reports, documenting, and archiving them.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Administrative Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial Studies.
Required Skills:
  • Polishing.
  • Document classification.
  • Interpreting handwriting.
  • Handling editing software packages.
  • Preparing reports and forecasts.
  • Writing routine reports.
  • Managing documents.
  • Presenting reports.
Languages:
  • Arabic.
  • English.
