What You'll Achieve
  • Executive Support: Provide direct administrative assistance including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and handling executive correspondence.
  • Communication and Coordination: Ensure clear communication between management and internal departments, clients, and partners.
  • Operational Efficiency: Prepare executives for meetings, monitor communications, and ensure consistent support for company-wide initiatives.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in executive or senior administrative support roles.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
