We are seeking an ideal candidate who will be responsible for collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with our organization's goals. If you are comfortable handling large amounts of data and enjoy acting as a business partner and decision maker while providing regular financial reporting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial meetings.
  • Complete financial accounting and forecasting.
  • Deliver reports and metrics to leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.

المتطلبات:
  • بكالوريوس مالية/محاسبة (يفضّل MBA)، خبرة 15 سنة (منها 5+ في مشاريع إنشائية/عقارية/إشراف).
  • يُفضَّل خبرة بالتطوير العقاري، ويفضَّل مشاريع البيع على الخارطة.
  • اعتماد مهني مُفضّل (SOCPA/CPA/CMA).
  • إتقان ERP وExcel المتقدم وPower BI، عربية ممتازة، إنجليزية جيدة.
