Join Hilton as an Executive Chef!
As an Executive Chef, you will build and uphold the hotel's reputation by maintaining a talented and innovative kitchen team. This role promises an exceptional culinary experience through a well-developed menu and high-quality food production.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen brigade ensuring continuous development of team members.
  • Oversee the operational management of the kitchen.
  • Create menus that meet customer needs and adhere to brand standards.
  • Ensure consistent production of high-quality food across all outlets.
  • Manage department operations including budgeting and waste management.
  • Engage with guests for feedback and to resolve any issues.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the kitchen team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with previous experience as an Executive Chef or high-performing Sous Chef, excellent leadership skills, and a creative approach to food production. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a valid trade qualification, are essential.
