Join Our Culinary Team as a Sous Chef!
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Hilton in the Madinah Region. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing operational, quality, and administrative functions of the kitchen.
  • Overseeing food provisions to ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Addressing guest queries promptly and effectively.
  • Ensuring high-quality food production across all hotel outlets.
  • Contributing to menu creation based on guest feedback.
  • Managing the kitchen brigade to maintain a well-organized and motivated team.
  • Controlling costs while maximizing gross profit margins.
  • Complying with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Reporting maintenance and hygiene issues as needed.

Position Summary
The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and compliance audits within the organization.   • Quality Assurance: Ensure all audit workpapers and processes meet the internal Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) standards.
  • Special Investigations: Lead ad-hoc investigations or forensic audits into financial misconduct, forged documentation, or internal control failures as required.
  • Follow-up: Monitor the implementation of management action plans to ensure that identified risks are mitigated within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a plus. Additional certifications (CISA, CRMA, or CPA) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in internal or external auditing, preferably with a background in 'Big 4' firms or large diversified conglomerates.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the 2024 Global Internal Audit Standards and local regulatory requirements (*, SOCPA or specific industry mandates).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality.
