Join Magrabi Health as a Senior Human Resources Officer!
We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage payroll and HR operations at our corporate office while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and government regulations across Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to supporting recruitment, training, performance management, and maintaining high-quality HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accurate and timely processing of corporate payroll and address any payroll issues.
  • Maintain records, contracts, and HRIS updates regarding corporate HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, Ministry of Health regulations, and other requirements.
  • Support government relations regarding visas, work permits, and Saudization/Nitaqat initiatives.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for corporate employees, assisting branch HR as necessary.
  • Administer training programs, performance appraisals, and initiatives for employee engagement.
  • Handle grievances and foster adherence to consistent HR practices across all branches.
  • Provide quality control and reporting on HR metrics and compliance issues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-7+ years of HR experience, preferably with extensive experience in payroll and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, MOH regulations, and government processes.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; proficiency with HRIS and MS Office is essential.
  • Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and compliance across multiple locations is desirable.

  • Documentation: Coordinate with the Personnel Department for contracts and iqama transfers & renewal.
