Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via various channels.
  • Guide users through solutions in person or remotely.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Coordinate hardware repairs and installations as needed.
  • Monitor network performance and address basic connectivity issues.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL standards, and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with IT teams.
  • Proficient in Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
