About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will support our chefs in preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for food and a desire to grow in the culinary field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Store food items properly and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries.
  • Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors.
  • Dispose of waste according to established procedures.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
