Join Our Team as a Maintenance Supervisor

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all maintenance operations within the hotel.
  • Perform daily maintenance checks and repair mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Coordinate renovation projects and develop emergency programs.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure all hotel fixtures are in safe conditions and promptly address any unsafe situations.
  • Implement and manage energy conservation programs to minimize expenses.
  • Conduct monthly safety inspections and ensure training for employees.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Advanced knowledge of building management and engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to delivering high-level customer service and maintaining good grooming standards.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous management experience is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • First Aid certification.
  • Vocational training in engineering or similar fields.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and construction.
  • Personal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, lead teams, handle complaints, and manage time.
