Your Role:
As a Maintenance Technician at KONE, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality service and improving equipment safety and performance. You will be responsible for:
  • Managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Performing regular maintenance checks and responding to emergency call-outs.
  • Identifying and reporting site risks for immediate action.
  • Executing maintenance operations according to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintaining service tools and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • ITI/Vocational Certificate course or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Preventive Maintenance with a reputable elevator company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic IT and digital skills are preferred.
