• Monitoring, collecting, and interpreting data from various sources to assist in decision-making.
• Evaluating the state of assets and prioritizing maintenance resources to minimize costs and downtime.
• Inspections and testing of tools, spare parts, and raw materials to ensure compliance with performance standards.
• Identifying and rectifying faults in machinery to restore assets to operational condition.
• Applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for long-term resolutions as necessary.

Qualifications: Knowledge of various machinery, spare parts, tools, and maintenance practices used in our operations is essential.

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our team in Makkah Region. As part of your role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks that are crucial to keeping our production facility running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive Repair Request tasks and conduct repair activities in accordance with established Work Instructions and Machine Manuals.
• Collaborate with the Lead Technician or Team Leader for troubleshooting breakdowns.
• Request Spare Parts and ensure proper consumption through pre-approval from the Maintenance Team Leader.
• After repairs, clean the working area to comply with maintenance hygiene standards.
• Document completion of tasks on the Repair Request Form, including feedback from the Production Team Leader.
• Carry out Scheduled and Preventive Maintenance activities as directed.
• Execute Calibration tasks as per instructions.
• Enforce 5S duties to maintain an organized and efficient workplace.
