We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused marketing and communication professionals. In this role, you will assist the Marketing & Communication Team in organizing events and securing sponsorships to cover expenses and generate revenue for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and implement an effective filing and administrative system for sponsorship and event organization.
• Identify potential sponsors and maintain a database related to upcoming events.
• Negotiate with sponsors to secure advantageous arrangements.
• Socialize and meet with potential sponsors and clients.
• Formulate correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure branding for sponsors is compliant with contracts.
• Maintain relationships with local, national, and international media to maximize coverage of events and promotions.
• Host media members, strategic partners, and top clients at hotel events.
• Assist in the production of all promotional material.
• Document events through photography.

Qualifications:
You should be a graduate in advertising, marketing, or communication with experience in a similar field. Proficiency in computer skills and effective communication in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.

• Collaborating with marketing and creative teams on campaign concepts and content direction.
• Staying updated on Saudi/GCC content trends and audience behaviors.

What We’re Looking For:
We seek a creative and culturally aware copywriter who understands the nuances of the Saudi market. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong understanding of Saudi/GCC audience behavior and content trends.
• Excellent Arabic copywriting skills (English is a plus).
• Experience creating social media and digital marketing content.
