At * Moller - Maersk, we are dedicated to connecting the world through transport and logistics. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landside Operations Manager to lead our operations in Jeddah, Makkah.

About the Role:
As a Landside Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing landside transport modalities, including truck and rail transport of cargo and containers. This position requires at least 8 years of relevant experience and a minimum Bachelor degree. You will also need to demonstrate knowledge in Operations/People management, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Kewill and SAP TMS.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of landside operations, ensuring efficient transport of cargo and containers.
Lead and manage teams, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Develop and implement business plans and operational policies.
Set strategic direction and objectives for operational areas.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle complex situations with minimal guidance.
