We are seeking an experienced ICT Operation Manager to oversee our daily operations in ICT infrastructure management. This role involves ensuring high availability, security compliance, and meeting service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ITIL Service Operations including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release management.
  • Oversee NOC/SOC operations for end-to-end service monitoring.
  • Ensure optimal network and wireless operations.
  • Handle Data Center operations such as backups, virtualization, and capacity planning.
  • Coordinate with telecom providers and contractors for service readiness.
  • Lead Business Continuity Plan and Health & Safety initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements.
  • Produce monthly service KPIs and drive Continual Service Improvement.

Qualifications:
  • BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Data Center/Network operations, including 3-5 years in leadership roles.
  • Technical expertise in Routing/Switching, Wi-Fi, virtualization, and cybersecurity operations.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Preferred Certifications: ITIL v4, CCNP/CCIE, Fortinet/Palo Alto, VMware VCP, Microsoft/Red Hat, ISO/IEC 27001 LI/LA.

  • Strong knowledge of contracts, tenders, cost estimation, and procurement management.
  • Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with the ability to transfer sponsorship.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Job Purpose
In this senior-level Operations Manager role, the Healthcare Operations Manager will oversee and ensure that all contractual obligations and KPIs are meticulously met.
