Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea is a luxurious destination in the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, providing visitors with unique access to nature-focused resorts. We are seeking a Cluster Executive Pastry Chef who will be instrumental in leading our pastry and bakery operations across both Raffles and Fairmont Red Sea.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily pastry and bakery operations for all venues.
  • Develop and implement standard recipes ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary leadership to align offerings with our vision.
  • Drive innovation in dessert and pastry creation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of pastry chefs.
  • Manage pastry budgets and participate in menu engineering.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance experiences.

Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts / Pastry & Bakery.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hotels, with at least 5 years in a senior pastry role.
  • Expertise in various pastry techniques and artistic presentation.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.

  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Able to manage accounts for multiple branches efficiently.
