What You Will Do:
  • Lead a team of 25-35 blue-collar employees to ensure reliability and consistency in repair production lines.
  • Operationalize and sustain Fulfillment-5 metrics on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People.
  • Engage daily with shop floor operators to cultivate a ‘zero exception’ culture with a strong focus on Safety.
  • Collaborate with Quality teams to ensure compliance with QMS procedures.
  • Manage the cost review process during the lifecycle of each repair job.
  • Drive On-Time-Delivery for the cell and champion productivity initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of 5S and lean excellence within the work environment.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the manufacturing or repair sector.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

What Will Make You Stand Out:
  • Experience with Lean deployment and knowledge of gas turbine component repair processes.
  • Leadership experience in power generation or repair business settings.
  • Proficiency in SAP and demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Strong focus on Safety and Quality in operations.
