Main Duties And Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers through cold calling, following up on leads, and making business presentations.
- Stay informed about market trends, demographics, and factors affecting the buying and selling process.
- Achieve sales targets set by Senior Management.
- Maintain knowledge about competition and pricing strategies.
- Update listings of available properties and reviews of new construction options with clients.
- Provide answers to clients' questions regarding financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Identify investment opportunities and strategies.
- Prepare documents involved in the buying/selling process.
- Deliver excellent customer service and negotiate effectively to resolve potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Exhibit math aptitude to handle and explain financial situations.

- At least 2 years of experience in similar activities
