At شركة سليمان الراجحي العقارية, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Consultant to be the primary connection between customers and our company until they make a purchase. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our real estate services and solutions in the Makkah region.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly reports to show property sales status.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of ideas to retain customers.
  • Promote products in the market using strategies that maximize sales.
  • Discover customers’ needs and offer them solutions through our services or products.
  • Utilize promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build long-lasting business relationships.
  • Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing current trends in the market.
  • Meet clients in different areas of the country for discussions and deals.
  • Create presentations, answer client questions, and manage transactions.
  • Follow all relevant sales department policies and procedures to ensure consistent operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • 1+ years experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Must be located in Makkah.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
