Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
  • Identify guest reservation needs and determine the appropriate room type.
  • Explain policies on guarantees, special rates, and cancellations.
  • Input and manage data in the reservation system accurately.
  • Follow escalation procedures for addressing guest concerns.
