Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online with professionalism.
• Convert enquiries into bookings with personalized recommendations.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, capturing preferences and requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for operational efficiency.
• Manage room allocations and special requests attentively.
• Support VIP bookings with bespoke arrangements.
• Process payments and handle billing information.
• Respond to guest inquiries about rates and availability.
• Promote upselling opportunities like room upgrades.
• Ensure accuracy of reservations in the PMS and booking systems.
• Assist with group reservations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous experience in Reservations or Guest Services.
• Proficiency in reservation and property management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, as well as proficiency in using computer systems and reservation management software. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems effectively.
