Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emails within 24 hours, prioritizing urgent queries.
• Answer phone calls within three rings while adhering to IFH & LQA standards.
• Gather essential guest details during the booking process and ensure they are accurately recorded in the Opera system.
• Maintain professional etiquette in email and telephone communications.
• Thoroughly read reservation correspondence for special requests and ensure appropriate departments are informed.
• Communicate last-minute reservation changes to relevant departments.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in clear and courteous communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
