We are looking for a highly skilled reservations employee to work in the field of hospitality and tourism. Responsibilities include:
• Receiving and managing reservations from clients through various channels
• Coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure the provision of required services
• Following up on reservation confirmations and preparing daily and weekly reports
• Dealing with customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions
