• Maintain accurate records of reservations and special requests, including amenities and deposits.
• Keep up-to-date with hotel facilities and promotions to provide informed service to guests.
• Engage in training programs to enhance your skills and contribute to the hotel’s revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies.
