Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire production cycle from raw material receiving to packaging and distribution.
  • Implement and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety systems (HACCP).
  • Manage the supply chain and inventory effectively, coordinating with suppliers.
  • Build and lead high-performance teams of butchers, smokers, and packers.
  • Monitor operational and production costs to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the food sector.
  • Proven expertise in meat smoking techniques and quality management.
