The Scaffolding Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing vital client relationships, and driving sales growth in the construction equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing of construction machinery and equipment in engineering projects.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market channels.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Prepare technical quotations, manage tenders, and deliver customized solutions.
- Ensure timely tracking of customer needs and follow up on rentals for reduced receivables.
- Engage in company meetings and fulfill other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 6–7 years of experience in scaffolding or construction equipment sales.
- In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety standards.
- Proven skills in B2B sales and client management.
- Experience preparing quotations and managing technical proposals.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
