SANY Saudi Arabia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Excavator Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Western Region, based in Jeddah. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong industry experience who is passionate about driving sales growth and building long-term client relationships in the construction machinery sector.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive excavator sales operations across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key accounts
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive business development
• Identify new market opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activities
• Expand customer base and strengthen SANY’s market presence in the region
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction machinery industry, with a strong focus on excavator sales
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, particularly in the Western Region

Skills & Competencies:

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive environment
• Flexible and willing to accept internal transfers and frequent business travel
