Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a sales and admin team of 6, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure flawless event execution.
- Oversee catering and banquet operations, ensuring alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with culinary and event teams to uphold the highest standards of food presentation and service.
- Conduct client meetings and customize event packages, providing strategic planning support.
- Champion customer experience, effectively resolving client concerns and driving service improvements.
- Communicate event-related details to stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution from planning to implementation.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate customer experience.
- Inspire team performance through training, coaching, and a focus on guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Extensive experience in sales or events in luxury hospitality, catering, or banquet operations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing small to mid-sized sales teams, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships.
- Deep understanding of banquet and catering operations and event lifecycle management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; thrives in a high-stakes environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Professional demeanor with strong integrity, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
